Fixed 6/9, still blocked and the AI chatbot told us it needs human intervention (we did get a human eventually, but he said -- and I quote "I'll be honest, It's difficult for us to provide API support because this is most well defined within the API documentation.", then directed us to RTFM).

posted in support, also sent email to support and chat: a bug in our market-data client caused a high-rate WS reconnect loop (~2/sec for ~19h) on 6/9–6/10. We've already fixed it (bounded subscriptions, batched subscribes, exponential backoff), so it won't recur. How do we get that reset?
