Hi all! Can please someone point me to where the requirements for increasing API rate limits are documented? I am really need more than default 240 rpm for my marketmaking. I'd like to raise this. what do I need to qualify for a higher limit, and what's the process (submit a request/ meet certain conditions/ or reach out to someone directly)?

I've also found in my logs that I had the same issue yesterday at about the same time. But it recovered quite fast, so I didn't pay much attention <:DeadPepe:1280173104466755676>

It looks like the problem only affects some wallets/accounts. I still haven't been able to get a JWT token for the API for 2 hours now to get my bot trading again, while my friend's api trading recovered about an hour ago... 🙁
