I understand the US app is supported separately. That’s the issue I’m contacting you about. I made a $600 debit card deposit in the Polymarket US iOS app, and the charge has already posted to my bank account, but the funds never appeared in my account. I have already emailed support@polymarket.us multiple times over the past week and have not received a response. Is there any way you can escalate my case internally or confirm that someone from the US support team will review it? I can provide screenshots of the posted bank charge and any other information you need.
