Hyperliquidwhat latency do you guys observe when sending iocs? from the chats above it seems like submitting thru public endpoints in docs is pretty much the only way to go -- but from tokyo aws I see order submission to trade_ts at ~500ms which is a lot higher than docs which say ~200ms end to end.
