Yes and automatically creating mention markets when creating a sports match would probably be useful. You can just reuse same terms

Anyone means anyone. Unless the rules explictly say it's about the company's speakers. If some random guy speaks in a q&a it counts too

They probably do that automatically, at least very consistently. Perhaps polymarket can automatically create them too when a normal sports market gets created as its about the same event / time.

I like those! Kalshi always does those for nba and baseball, they just reuse the same terms & rules most of the time which works fine. If you put those up constantly it would maybe attract more sports people to mention markets.

I read the documentation again and it seems there's no way. "side enum<string>required: Side of the book for an order or trade. For event markets, this refers to the YES leg only: bid means buy YES, ask means sell YES. (Selling YES is economically equivalent to buying NO at 1 - price, but this endpoint quotes everything from the YES side."

It sucks because I'm testing a bot that buys both yes and no and also tries to sell them for a lower price than the opposite side if they get filled

There's a huge spread in the order book for some of those artists. E.g you can buy justin bieber at 5.5c and only market sell at 0.1c. It's most of the time best to use limit orders
