It seems like taker rebates are only paid out if they are above $1 for the day. There is no mention of this in the documentation. This makes the bronze tier essentially worthless. Please consider bundling values over multiple days and pay them out as soon as they are above the threshold. Or just pay them out without the min values. Same complain applys to referral payouts.

I can imagine they are not paying out daily taker rebates below < $1 (which makes bronze tier pretty much useless), just like referrals and liquidity rewards
