Is it jsut me or are the submit times extremely high right now despite there not being much traffic on the market they are being placed on? usually I would get around 30ms, but I'm seeing 90-200ms which I only usually see when a lot of trading is happening/events that drive price

I'm I'm trying to sell at 0.999 via an API, but I'm getting an arror that the tick size is 0.01 so onlt a sell from 0.01 to 0.99 is valid, but it isnt and I cant see other orders at 0.999
