I see the leader boarders all have their badges so I know it's a working system I'm just confused as to what I need to do. Thank you

Hello I just check on gravia and it says I qualify for bronze taker rebate tier. However, on my Polymarket account I don't have a badge/icon next to my pfp nor did I see the $10 + $2 reward and rebate (respectively). How do I get this resolved?
