i think most would agree manip is a big issue and needs solving like asap, and needed solving for the last 6 months but i would also guess minimal effort on PMs side has been done to actually do anything about it and in an ideal world nobody wants a twap, so it seems the issue is lack of urgency if anything, i dont buy that there isnt other practical solutions, at least in the shorter term
