The “Deal with the Islamic Republic of Iran is now complete” in no way bears on the cessation of the war, but rather the accomplishment of getting to a deal, AKA the MOU. That seems basic to me.

I think it would, but its possible the verbiage in the MOU is explicitly temporary, I honestly have no idea at this point, its all conflicting, but I would want to see before making a decision. If it’s not temporary in the MOU, 100 a YES decision.
