Are the points split 50/50 between each side of the order book? In this example, if you place liquidity on the No side, would you be able to earn up to 50% of the available points, even if there is much less liquidity on that side?

Hi, I wanted to ask how the points are distributed between both sides of the order book. Is it roughly 50% of the points for the Ask side and 50% for the Bid side? For example, if one side only has 1,000 shares quoted and the other side has 50,000 shares quoted, would quoting on the side with only 1,000 shares earn 50x more points because there is less competition?
