We already had one PMQ market after resignation that went just fine, if you are saying this because he resigned. It's pretty clear and widely accepted that he is still PM and will continue to be at least until July 17.

Won't do much. Anyone can literally create accounts and fake the numbers pushing an infinite amount of commits whenever they want. You can give them 1 day, 1 week or 1 month to "adjust" and the problem would still be present. Also, when and how do you define the final number if you allow changes past deadline? This market simply shouldn't exist.
