well yes it doesn't matter whether it's 1st in queue or 500th in queue. The question is, does it need to be within the target size to count?

since when? i thought the bids needs to be in the target size, like for a market with a target size of 1000, it needs to be in the top 1000 queue depth to count in the snapshot.
