This is what I keep saying. If your strategy needs higher rate limits to be profitable and you don't have the capital then it's simply not a viable strategy. If you CAN be profitable and just want to be MORE profitable then focus your resources on your best strats/markets and build your bankroll so you can increase volume without having to increase order quantities

The only thing Kalshi cares about is if the fee revenue you're generating is worth the overhead giving you higher rate limits costs. They're set where they're set because that's what they need you to be generating. If they changed it to a % of a category the baseline numbers would just ha e to be way higher

Without knowing a LOT more, there is regular theta decay on any expiration based instrument so something like BTC futures would depreciate or appreciate in a somewhat regular pattern in a vacuum
