Is the historical-values entitlement (CF Benchmarks `STREAM_HISTORICAL_VALUES`) available to individual members — and if so, what are the requirements? Im trying to do this request but i get the 503 error GET /trade-api/v2/cfbenchmarks/history/values?id=BRTI&timespan=DAY&timestamp=2026-06-08T00:00:00.000Z`
