Am I fried or does the WC Mention page currently contradict itself: Info thing on top: "This market is based on the outcome after 90 minutes plus stoppage time. **This does not include extra time or penalties.**" Rules summary: "Commentary will count following kickoff and end once the match has concluded, **inclusive of extra time and/or a penalty shootout.** Commentary will no longer count following the referee's final whistle. If the final action is under VAR review, commentary will end following the referee's decision."
