Yesterday I actually lost money because I panic sold at a loss since it happened in a market that had very little liquidity at the time. Honestly, I don't understand what's going on, but this is the second time it has happened and I've lost money because of it. The last time I contacted support, they told me it was my fault for not checking whether the orders had actually been canceled. I really think you should do a better job investigating these issues.
