Market Title Will MicroStrategy announce it sold Bitcoin again before [DATE]? Outcomes Yes / No Market Description This market will resolve to “Yes” if MicroStrategy, Strategy Inc., or any of its controlled subsidiaries publicly announces or discloses that it has sold Bitcoin again before [DATE], 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No.” Proposed Resolution Criteria This market will resolve to “Yes” if, by [DATE], 11:59 PM ET, MicroStrategy, Strategy Inc., or any controlled subsidiary publicly announces, reports, or discloses that it has sold, liquidated, exchanged, or otherwise disposed of any amount of Bitcoin from its consolidated Bitcoin holdings after this market’s creation. For the purposes of this market, “again” refers to a qualifying Bitcoin sale that is separate from the Bitcoin sale disclosed by Strategy on June 1, 2026 for the period between May 26, 2026 and May 31, 2026. Re-disclosures, amendments, clarifications, or additional reporting about that previously disclosed sale will not qualify. A qualifying announcement or disclosure may include, but is not limited to: - An SEC filing. - A press release. - An investor presentation. - An earnings report or earnings call. - An official website update. - An official social media post. - A public statement by a MicroStrategy, Strategy Inc., or company spokesperson or executive. For the purposes of this market, a qualifying Bitcoin sale includes any transaction that reduces MicroStrategy’s consolidated Bitcoin holdings, including selling Bitcoin for cash, fiat currency, stablecoins, cryptocurrency, securities, or other assets. This market will resolve to “No” if no qualifying public announcement or disclosure is made by [DATE], 11:59 PM ET. The actual Bitcoin sale must have occurred before the qualifying announcement or disclosure. Announcements of future intent to sell Bitcoin will not qualify. Internal wallet transfers, custody changes, rebalancing between company-controlled wallets, pledging Bitcoin as collateral without a sale, accounting impairments, unrealized losses, or statements that merely discuss the possibility of selling Bitcoin in the future will not qualify. Announcements or disclosures that only state that MicroStrategy may sell Bitcoin, is authorized to sell Bitcoin, could sell Bitcoin, or intends to sell Bitcoin under certain circumstances will not qualify unless they specifically state that MicroStrategy has already sold Bitcoin. Resolution Source The primary resolution source will be official information from MicroStrategy, Strategy Inc., or their controlled subsidiaries, including SEC filings, press releases, investor presentations, earnings reports, official websites, official social media accounts, or public statements by company executives or spokespeople. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
