Regarding presigning, does anyone know if api rejects orders with older timestamps? Or is it purely for uniqueness?

Websocket already has a tick size change event. Shouldn't y'all already be looking at that.

CS is like bare minimum. You need CS (or vibe code, good luck), system design architecture, understanding of order book dynamics, and intermediate statistics. Then just buy low, sell high.

It seems like PnL charts are completely broken, showing more losses today than are even in my wallet. Lots of (all recent) crypto positions are also showing as Lost even when they are Won. Probably related

Thanks for confirming 🐒 🎯 . Seems like it is just some job that runs on a schedule and calcs the PnL at the time that job runs intead of actualy time of the order/settlement 🤷♂️

Does anyone know how https://betmoar.fun/ calculates daily PnL? I'm trying to reconcile it with my own order data, polymarket api data, and on-chain data and can't seem to get to the same numbers it provides. Maybe it is just a scheduled job at some random time on their servers?

I never trust the auto-redeem, it's been way too buggy. I have a backup lambda that runs every few minutes and uses relayer to redeem.

Even if you do this, you still have to get the data to Ireland or London. Research the fastest way to send packets a long distance. That's about as much help as anyone will give you, as speed is an edge.

I really don't like that this endpoint (https://polymarket.com/api/crypto/crypto-price?symbol=BTC&eventStartTime=2026-06-01T11:40:00Z&variant=fiveminute&endDate=2026-06-01T11:45:00Z) is not part of the official API, but there doesn't seem to be a better place to get the price to beat, I wish there was a supported API for startPrice/endPrice

How does one get access to the chainlink feed directly, is it public?

Does anyone even use RTDS? It seems too slow/delayed to be useful anyway. Reliable and documented API endpoint for crypto prices would be better

I swear the clob has a backend memory leak. It may partially explain why it gets better then slowly degrades after every release. Mem leaks can also be notoriously difficult to fix hence the patch wait and see, repeat, approach. They mention Go and garbage collection on the job description, probably not coincidence. But they also mention Rust, so maybe migrating to Rust

I'm running 40 different strats across a fleet of boxes, for me it's more than 5 min of work, so I'll just wait for the taker rebate 🤷♂️

I also can't be fucked to set up multiple wallets and refer to myself and balance orders across all of them. I'm focusing on market alpha, not incentive programs. This is also an incentive program, but a nice to have, so why not get back some money.

I don't do referrals at all. I'm 100% taker. The rebates will make a meaningful difference on net profit for me.

Looks like they fixed the backfill calc on taker rewards. I was expecting to be Silver, and it is now silver. Hopefully launched soon.

Does anyone know if Polymarket supports clients with IPv6? Testing it, but curious if anyone already knows the answer.

t4g.nano 2vCPU, $3/month. Have to be aware of it's limitation on CPU and memory though. As long as you stay under, it's fine

It was trivial, you could pre-calc orderId, apparently it was deterministic, and then just cancel it before the 250ms. So you just keep spamming orders, cancel but then when you actually want it to go through, you don't cancel.

Looks like fill rates are definitely improving after the taker delay-bypass exploit was patched. Not massive, but certainly noticeable. Patch was June 5th

Makers on crypto markets getting fills at 1c or 99c, are you placing the resting limit as soon as the market shows up in new_market websocket event to get at front of the queue?
