I did, finally - I get "the order signer address has to be the address of the API KEY"` but the orders get through and get placed. I had to make a new account via metamask, sig type 3, deposit wallet as funder and metamask private key

I have everything set to sig type 3 but no luck. Thanks though I will give it a go, I'm on v2 so can't invoke client.create_or_derive_api_creds

Hi! Thank you for the help to others. If I may chime in and ask similarly The only way to get the API to access my positions is via using the address on my profile (next to the pencil). However, I still get: `the order signer address has to be the address of the API KEY` My account is about 1 month or so old. Accessing positions work but buy/sell orders (FOK for example) do not because of the error. Using Sig type 3

I did, with the exact steps, and receive the same error. The only way to move forward past 'could not create API key' is to invoke `create_or_derive_api_key` which then fails the order signer address error
