"pending a final agreement Iran would freeze its nuclear activity, refraining from further uranium enrichment or the expansion of nuclear facilities."

Right I agree with you, I mean we literally have a market for any length of time. We can't just change the rules and act like this market was for a permant commitment to never enrich again. That is not what this is.

I have faith they will do the right thing. These are someone else's words, not mine, but they are well said so I'm reiterating them: P4 and No arguments mostly confuse three separate things: Permanent nuclear settlement: deferred to the final deal. Iran’s claimed right to enrichment: not necessarily waived. Actual enrichment activity during the interim MOU period: frozen under the status quo clause. Only the third issue matters for this market. Iran can still say “we retain nuclear rights” while also agreeing not to enrich during a 60-day interim period. Those are not contradictory. The fact that Clause 8 says enrichment will be discussed in the final deal also does not defeat YES. It simply means the long-term framework for Iran’s nuclear needs and enrichment rights is deferred. Clause 9 separately creates the interim obligation: maintain the nuclear status quo pending the final deal. Reuters’ reporting clarifies that this interim status quo includes no further enrichment. Therefore, under the market’s broad “any amount of time” and “precondition to a broader deal” language, Iran’s MOU commitment to maintain the nuclear status quo constitutes a qualifying temporary agreement to end or refrain from all uranium enrichment. The correct resolution is P2 YES.

What am I missing? Why isn't this easy P2?

<@941405798096076880> <@1212792946341183578> could we get 2 other spacex markets, one for closing market cap 1 week after IPO and one for closing market cap 6 months after IPO? Same strikes as the one that is currently doing volume for market cap on closing day of IPO. Reason is that day 1 will do it's own thing, but the true valuation will settle after a bit.
