dont feel bad for polymarket, they were aware of this issue of negrisk markets being created where they shouldnt - they issued refunds on more than one occasion in the last few months/weeks. They should have manually verified existing negrisk markets and review their market creation process.

Yeah I agree that it should be shorter for moneyline and individual game winners. Dispute periods could be lowered - 30 mins or even to 10 if it goes well. For sidelines I think 2 hours should stay there since sometimes there is a lot and it might take longer to verify

but what issue are you talking about? After game ends, proposer submit the results, then there is 2 hour dispute period, where people can verify the proposal si correct. If there is no dispute, the market will payout and settle after these 2 hours
