Guys if lets say a market hasn't reached a specific temperature on metar or wunderground but people alr have cash out all thier money and put on next calcius (let's say from 30 to 31) when the odds of going to 31 were very low because its alr 3pm, how they know it's going to reach 31?

does anybody know why my poly bets are dissapearing, it confrims and show up on my position, but when i won the bet, it dissapeared, i was given the money i put on the bet not the winning amnt indicating it dissapeared (in the psg vs arsenal game), i tried clearing cache but it doesnt return me my bet, i coudlve won abt 60$
