Like for example if one straight bet would pay out 5, and another would pay out 5, and I do a combo for both bets then I only get 10. A bonus would be like 10 plus the bonus of, say, an additional 2 bucks just for doing it as a combo. But I don't get a 2 dollar bonus, I just get the 10

Why do people do combos? Why not just do straight bets? Is it just so that you can bet on more games for the same amount of money? From what I understand you don't actually get any multiplier bonus for the combos. You just get the exact payouts as if you did each straight leg.
