Troubleshooting: This is my first time trying to use the API. I used the API to place an ask resting order on the portfolio/events/orders. In the UI it shows my resting order will have a fee. This is not a contract with maker fees. Is there a fee here? Is the UI wrong?

Markets for pass/fail of the [14 California ballot measures](https://www.sos.ca.gov/elections/ballot-measures/initiative-and-referendum-status) for November. The wealth tax already has two markets for being [on the ballot](https://kalshi.com/markets/kxcabillionairetax/will-california-have-a-billionaire-tax-referendum/kxcabillionairetax-26nov03) and [passing](https://kalshi.com/markets/kxcawealthtax/will-the-california-billionaire-wealth-tax-initiative-pass/kxcawealthtax-26). The resolution source can be easier (like AP or New York Times) for the other measures.

Full rules for the say Kalshi can take reporting from NYT, AP, Bloomberg, Reuters, WSJ, Financial Times, WaPo, Politico. The reporting agencies are slightly different between the "who will advance" market and the "matchup" market
