I understand that this is the international polymarket group but has anyone else had issues with the support team on Polymarket US? I have had app issues, glitches, and outages that have caused my positions to lose several times and support has been silent and not assisted at all. Currently on week 3 of waiting. Tried email support, discord support, in app support. unsure of what i should do next.
