Whether an event counts as having happened by a given deadline should depend on when it actually occurred, not on when it was reported. If poly intended to use reporting time instead, the rules needed to say so explicitly

So to the poly team, the original rules stated: "This market will resolve to "Yes" if MicroStrategy sells any of its Bitcoin by 11:59 PM ET on the date specified in the title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be information from MSTR and on-chain data, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used." Where does it say that information from MSTR, if published after market time frame, will not matter? Isnt the fact that MSTR did sell BTC by May 31 matter more and more pertinent to the prediction than the fact that they didnt publish the 8-K until June 1 since it covers period up until May 31 and thus impossible to do so at 11:59pm May 31?
