So, what is f value for alo orders? Is this the only equation that decides priority? Was recent ioc priority wrt alo bug due to this only? ( solution is to reduce fees max to 8?)

Hi, 1. I place order with nounce N 2. After 20ms, I cancel same order nounce N (kind of noop) But for cancel request I am getting duplicate nonce. If cancel is processed first within same block why is my cancel being rejected?

Is there a solution to this? if gtc paritially open is shown as 'filled', is there any way to see if its cancelled or not?
