apparently i got hit by the frontend issue polymarket is refunding (if it's just frontend why can't i see any transactions used to close positions/move funds?) do I need to close out my remaining positions and move those funds? How will polymarket know the new account i make is the one that deserves the refund, do I need to contact support?
