The Ireland case was also an abandoning from the irish team, because no one was taking action against the slur (so, once again, the referee was not in agreement to end the match). So it's kind of the same. And being such a weird match (U21 vs U22), I don't know how it was treated officially.

New Zealand decided not to take the field in protest, as there was no official action taken by the referee, etc. So it's more like a forfeit. Plus it was played in Qatar and therefore the report of the match was filled by Qatar federation and the referee (and he was not taking the decision of ending the match).

the ONLY chance for the Draw side is that the Danish Federation and the Referee decide to cancel the match instead of saying it was a 2-1 FT (early). Which would be very weird. Being a friendly FIFA accepts the report submitted by the local Federation and the Referee, so FIFA itself doesn't have much decision to it.

there is no reason for FIFA not to take the result as final, when both teams agreed to it, the refferee signaled it and it's a friendly where more than 60 minutes have been played and the reason has been a health scare. And 5 hours later it's still treated as a 2-1. Can happen that they decide otherwise, but I don't think it's likely.
