iirc it depends in what block you'll get into and when it gets mined, so its just a block timestamp and a bit random, not exact tx timestamp they're mined roughly every ~2s but you're not always gonna get in the exact next block either

it doesnt really matter. I run on both and even tho ping from london is lower the order latency is somehow the same and dublin wins half the time. Even when london posts order faster, somehow dublin can get fills earlier, the queue is just random
