Hi, I don't know whether it is the proper channel here, but I wanted to ask whether there is a solution possibility following fundamental logic and common sense. Today, apparently, there is an issue with Toronto weather prediction - highest temperature in Toronto on May 30? The thing is that 18C is 13% 19C is 1% (100% buy) and 20C is 87% (most likely) As you may see, 18C has a much higher % than 19C which makes no sense as 20C is the most likely one. The problem stems from the update issue after 4 pm. Although the temperature showed 21-22C, it is hanging absurdly at 18C on the history as there has been no METAR update after 4 pm. 18C was 99.9c but of course it changed due to absurdity - varying from 60s to 90s. In such cases, is there no possibility other than dispute? These things are rather clear. Just saying. And sorry if it is not the proper place here.
