Good question. It depends entirely on the architecture. If every trade has to go through an EVM contract, yes, you'd pay gas on each one and that makes no sense. That's exactly why we built Rini the way we did: the leader trades directly on HyperCore via their API wallet, same as any native trader. HyperEVM only handles the vault layer (deposits, withdrawals, NAV, fees). Zero gas on trades.
