It’s the best thing if happen but I don’t think I single handedly convinced them to cancel order or Money back rules unless all of us try. Since I'm alone aware about this problem, my suggest is also low. My only loss is I can't trade comfortably without watching the stream from now on.

Did you even read the current rules which is very complex compared to other platforms? My suggestion is 50/50 for every forfeit match whether match started or not. It’s that simple. People doesn’t need many times to understand it compare to current one.

I think you are new. 50-50 wasn’t exist 4 months ago. They made it after getting complains. There is always a solution either is 50/50 or give money back. 50/50 might not perfect but it damage less who bought at ¢50+ still better than getting ¢0

Context: Lavked vs Just Players | European Pro League Series 8. Lavked was the heavy favorite. The early odds were ¢70 vs ¢31. Map 1 was Ancient, picked by Just Players. Lavked dominated Map 1, and the score was around 11–7 something. The odds were around ¢83 vs ¢19, heavily favoring Lavked. But due to some technical issues, Lavked chose to forfeit. They were only 2 rounds away from taking Map 1. The odds on PolyMarket changed from ¢83 vs ¢19 to ¢3 vs ¢99 in the blink of an eye. Many people who bought Lavked at ¢70+ didn’t get a chance to cash out with even a minimal loss because the market maker got the information before them. Why should you care? : Imagine if this happened in an S-tier event. Suppose Vitality vs GamerLegion. Vitality won Map 1, and the odds were ¢95 vs ¢6. Suddenly, one of Vitality's players became seriously ill (heart attack or something) or received bad news about a family member, and they chose to forfeit. Then GamerLegion would be declared the winner. The odds would change from ¢95 vs ¢6 to ¢1 vs ¢100 in milliseconds, and you might not get a chance to cash out if you bought Vitality shares. I know this is very unlikely, but it's not impossible. This might happen once in a decade, and when it does, many people could lose hundreds of thousands or even millions.
