After the CLOB V2 migration, orders don't sync across clients. **Repro**: Place an order from the mobile app. On another device (web), it's nowhere — not in the market view, not in the global open-orders list. The order is live and readable via the CLOB API (get_open_orders). What I found: the order's owner (CLOB api-key) is different from the web app's key, while maker_address is the same wallet. So each client (mobile / web) uses its own owner api-key, and the open-orders list is owner-scoped, not wallet/maker-scoped → orders placed on one client don't render on another. Side effect: web "Cancel all" only cancels web-key orders, so orders placed on mobile stay live and keep filling even after you think you cancelled everything.
