TON is rebranding to GRAM. Whenever projects rebrand, the approach, across venues, is to delist the old name and list the new name

Historically for token name changes like TON -> GRAM, hl has always delisted and relisted. Question from me : what gap between delisting and relisting was there so far historically? Hours? Days? It would be really great if it could be seamless - if there was time overlap between the two, that's be best imo
