well they have been transparent that the main concern with the web UI is the casual user and i'd imagine even a heavy "normal" user has never experienced anything they';d recognize as a problem with the UI

They forced us to deal with fractional contract counts to make things easier on casual gamblers and still cannot put a little elbow grease into the UI.
