how long i should wait for this bug to get fixed ? wimbledon 5 games, 4 are resolved 1-2 days ago and 1 got cancelled yesterday, on its page it says outcome is 0.5/0.5 since tomorrow, but can't cash out, obviously bad coding and because u have 1 0.5/0.5 game in combo you can't reedem it. And for some reason i can't find my combo in "history", visible in portfolio but not there

Sent a email out too and in my INITIAL EMAIL I wrote I am having issue with greyed button on both mobile and desktop and they just responded and asked me if I am having issue on browser pc or mobile that is great

<@1039600178971279410> I would recommend reading how the combo feature actually works over at this doc: https://docs.polymarket.com/market-makers/combos But basically the Cashout depends on offers from makers, there might have been no quotes available to sell your combo until it completed, that is why it would not light up.

On email or support chat? Polymarket Email (support@polymarket.com) just responded to me asking if I had this issue on mobile or browser desktop when I told them I tried both in the initial email. Are they even reading what I wrote?

Yes fam, from both channels they will get back to you as soon as they possibly can, they can take some time to respond as it is the weekend and there are a lot of emails/live chats being opened daily. We really appreciate your patience.

Yeah it is July 4th in the US so I can wait a day or two but your telling me I can expect a solution besides a "sorry" or "won't happen again" when the combo is over now? The whole point of me contacting support hours in advance before combo ended was to avoid this exact issue
