limit orders not showing as active positions once they have been placed. this is a major issue as they can not be canceled now. and it also causes the "not enough balance" error message to display when trying to place the order again because it's already placed, even though it does not display on the UI

Did anybody notice a bug, where canceling an order right after it was confirmed by user WS leads to a "Already canceled or matched" error, but the order remains LIVE in the book.
