ok so i have 145k volume traded, but when i try to create a sub account it says that i only traded "$28293.63". How do i fix this.

You need 100k in weighted volume. HIP-3 with growth mode has a 90% lower volume contribution, and spot between two quote assets has an 80% lower contribution.
