For a market where the bid is 0.98 and ask is 0.99 with the qualifying order size met on both sides for part of the time, then it sits at a bid of 0.99 the rest of the period, is the entire reward split among those snapshots or is it prorated? I have some payouts that seem to suggest it’s prorated but the rules sound like the entire reward should be given out. Thanks for any clarity on this.

I would really like some support on this. Can someone please help me with a clarification on if the entire reward pool is split for qualifying snapshots when the market did not qualify over the whole time period or if the reward pool is reduced based on the number of snapshots that the market qualified for rewards.
Thanks.

With incentives, the rules state you only earn when your bid is in the top 1,000 shares. In a lot of markets with incentives, I see 10,000+ bids at 99 cents. Does that mean no one earns any incentive reward? Or do the people who make the first 1,000 bids at 99 cent still earn the incentive? Actually, it might be that all the shares at the qualifying price level will split the incentive...

The procedure described in the regulatory filing states that they count all the shares at the qualifying price level:
> Kalshi will add the size available at the current bid price to the Qualifying
> Yes Total Size, and add all bids at the current bid price to the Qualifying Yes Bids.

when the yes bid is 99c, that means there are no asks (in a whole-cent-priced market), and therefore no one earns any rewards for that snapshot
> Snapshots will be excluded if there is not two-sided liquidity (i.e., resting orders
> sufficient to meet the Target Size on each side of the market) at the time of the Snapshot.

Yeah, I have some payouts from a market that are higher than if it was prorated proportionally, but also significantly less than the payout if the entire reward pool was distributed. Trying to go through support but I can get the AI agent to let me through to a human.
