i'm not sure that's true. none of the MVE series have had maker fees as far as I'm aware. for example KXMVESPORTSMULTIGAMEEXTENDED has "fee_type": "quadratic", but if it had maker fees it would be `quadratic_with_maker_fees` .

the maker fee on other markets is 1/4 the taker fee, so I assume it will be the same for KXMVE

For KXMVE markets that I see on Kalshi Pro - is it possible to get limit orders filled on these markets via standard limit order quoting? Or do I need to go through the RFQ process to market make these?
