The prior rules contract listed "licensed commercial space launches" as the underlying. That was changed to "licensed space launches". (Not to give away the alpha here, but it definitively changes whether some military launches count). I'd like to understand what Kalshi's rules are when an amendment like this is made

Re-raising this about the mid-market spacex change. This seems like something that would qualify as a rules amendment (it substantively changed what was being measured here), and that should require a notice on the market page, right? What does this mean, exactly? Do you anticipate all launches to count or just commercially licensed ones?
