Anyone know how margin of victory works for something like Iowa governor primary - winner needs to get at least 35% otherwise it goes to a convention. What happens if person A gets 32%, person B gets 30%, it goes to a convention where person B is chosen as the winner? Does Person A still "win" the margin of victory by 2%?
