i feel like banning on quote win rate is not the most beneficial solution. what if rfqs came with a min spread? that would let quoters know whether they can compete or not. then could slowly increase min spread if no quotes.

I'm sending an rfq quote like
{'rfq_id': '3f8e3ed8-d3ac-429f-baca-9f1e5adbaf39', 'yes_bid': '0.0000', 'no_bid': '0.9290', 'rest_remainder': False}
I keep getting
'{"error":{"code":"invalid_parameters","message":"invalid parameters","service":"midland"}}'
does anyone know why?
