the rules should have been written to allow time for a SEC filing confirming the sale to come after the fact, but without that in the rules how long are they expected to keep the market open waiting for a filing that may or may not exist?

i dont even hate the resolution. its unintuitive but allowing new evidence from after market close when there's no clause in the rules explicitly allowing that makes every N market unresolvable due to potential of new evidence yet to come out
