floor jumps from 19ms to 400ms+ while cancels stay flat at ~30ms. It's confirmed server-side: a separate machine on a different IP placing the
same wallet degrades at the same time and recovers the instant I stop. Orders aren't rejected, just slow, so it looks like contention on the
place path, not a rate limit. Is this intentional, and how should I requote at volume without tripping it?
