limit orders which previously appeared on the UI are disappearing from it, then coming back later. this is a big issue. one cannot even reliably tell what orders they have up from polymarket's website.

cash out price in ui is incorrect sometimes - corresponding to the wrong token (probably yes/no mismatch, or complimentary tokern mismatch), trying to cash out by this price always leads to the error <@1361217824776786031>

Getting logouts after opening new tabs. Can’t cancel orders. Can’t view if the order is canceled. It has huge latency. Getting lags while accesing the markets from main page.

Cancel an order It shows as cancelled It's off the order book But it still shows as active in my orders Doesn't let me place a new order because funds are tied in that previous order Some orders aren't even deleted from the order book, they'll reappear if I don't spam the cancel button

Why is it sometimes I get no matches and my orders stay LIVE forever where other bots match perfectly and get CANCELLED_MARKET_RESOLVED when they don't match. There is something very odd going on.

I have 2 orders open but I cant see them on OB or UI. Have to cancel them from profile, no other option. Poly pls stop getting worse with each update. AND even if check from profile for open orders it will show old orders(filled/cancelled) as still active.

Every single day, I cancel orders, it says they’re CANCELED, but they don’t actually get canceled. You have to click 100 times just to make your SHARES show up! When are you finally going to fix this damn issue? Why can’t I simply cancel my orders normally? Why don’t my SHARES show up immediately after canceling orders? Why do I have to wait a few minutes before they appear back in my balance? I’ve already tried every browser for trading - Microsoft Edge, Zen, Chrome, Opera, Brave, Vivaldi - and the same problem happens everywhere, which clearly shows this is an issue on Polymarket’s side!

hello guys , new here just need help in one case , i am trading btc 5m contracts and two of them resulted in my favour , i got the redeemed option , it showed 5$ ,i clicked on that and got 0 . also checked my history to confirm that i got nothing , i am not in a trading or deposit restricted area . checked transaction hash it showed 0 coins there , tried contacting polymarket support , but received no msg after listing my issue . can someone guide me it would be really helpful
