i already have 2FA on but it doesn't even ask for it when i withdraw...

I already did, and all I got was a reply saying that they cannot do anything about it and I made the withdrawal. I find this really unacceptable as there is no resolution to this case nor any help given. My account just got another unauthorised withdrawal yesterday and this is scary because I have no idea how they are doing it. I need more help than these standard CS replies please.

Is there anyone that I can speak to here to help me look at this issue? If I can't get back the money then it is fine but at least tell me what is going on with it

Wouldn't you guys at least want to investigate it to check how are these attackers doing it? It's definitely not a device issue as I have two accounts on the same device and only one is being drained
