I already did, and all I got was a reply saying that they cannot do anything about it and I made the withdrawal. I find this really unacceptable as there is no resolution to this case nor any help given. My account just got another unauthorised withdrawal yesterday and this is scary because I have no idea how they are doing it. I need more help than these standard CS replies please.

I do think the results should have been a No for the Microstrategy sale event... The result has to be as of what was known at event time expiry which was May 31 before the announcement. The mistake here was that the market didnt resolve immediately/fast enough after event expired and then the announcement came out which brought this entire can of worms
